We have listed below four different ways to book a room at Budget Guest House, cheap hotel in King’s Cross, please choose the more convenient for you:
1. Online: only if you book through our website you will get the cheapest room rates. Please click on “Book Online” button, select the arrival and departure days, room type and fill up the form with your details. You will receive an immediate confirmation via e-mail.

Budget Guest House, cheap hotel in central London, has two different reservation types: standard rate and advance purchase. Please read below the details of each reservation and its relative cancellation policy.
- Standard rate reservation
Pre-authorization standard rate reservation
For the standard rate reservation, Budget Guest House checks the validity of the credit/debit card given at the time of booking, by freezing the amount of the first night, through a process named pre-authorisation. The hotel will not charge your Credit/Debit card but the fund will be held on your card by your own issuing bank for a period of 15 working days.
After that time, the amount will be released by your issuing bank automatically.
Budget Guest House reserves the right to cancel the reservations if the pre-authorisation process fails on your credit/debit card, the hotel will inform you via e-mail in case of declined transaction and will give you 72 hours in order to provide new credit/debit card details before cancelling the reservation.
Cancellation standard rate reservation
No fees applied: Cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival.
Fees applied: Cancellations received within 48 hours to arrival.
In case of late cancellation and no show (when a reservation is made if neither cancelled nor arrived at the hotel), Budget Guest House will charge you the amount of the first night for each room booked on your debit/credit card as penalty.- Advance purchase reservation
A full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking. Advance purchase reservations cannot be modified or cancelled and cannot be applied on group bookings.

What time is the check-in?
Check-in time starts from 2 pm onwards.
What time is the check-out?
Check-out time is before 11 am. In case of late check-out Budget Guest House reserves the right to charge you 50% on the daily room price.
Do you serve breakfast?
Please note, Budget Guest House doesn’t serve breakfast. However the hotel is located next to restaurants, pubs and bars where you can have a delicious breakfast at the right price.
I will be coming to Budget Guest House late in the night; will I be able to check-in?

Which type of documents do I need for checking-in?
Budget Guest House requires a proof of identity (Passport or Identity Card) for all guests and the reservation number. For phone/e-mail/walk-in bookings please provide a copy of the e-mail confirmation.

I booked a room at (standard rate reservation) at Budget Guest House, why did you charge my credit/debit card prior to arrival?
For the standard rate reservation, Budget Guest House checks the validity of the credit/debit card given at the time of booking, by freezing the amount of the first night, through a process named pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation will be applied only on standard rate reservation. The Advance purchase reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my reservation at any time, without extra fees?
- Standard reservations:
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged the amount of the first night. If you cancel your reservation before 48 hours of the arrival date no charge will be applied.
- Advance Purchase:
Advance Purchase rates are available 14 days before the date of arrival and are fully prepaid at time of booking. Advance Purchase Rates are non refundable and non modifiable.

Which type of payment do you accept for check-in?
At Budget Guest House accepts payment by cash or credit/debit card (Visa and Master Card).
Do you have pet friendly policy?
Budget Guest House doesn’t accept pet inside the building. Apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Do you have Internet facilities?
Budget Guest House has free WiFi access only in the lobby. Please ask for the password at the Reception.
Do you have kettle for making tea and coffee?
Yes, in every room there is a kettle with tea/coffee bags and milk.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Budget Guest House has a no-smoking policy in all rooms.
Do you have central heating?
Yes,Budget Guest House has a central heating in all rooms and common areas.
Do you have extra bed/baby cot?
Sorry, Budget Guest House doesn’t provide extra beds/baby cots.
We are a couple and we are coming to your hotel with our children, can they stay for free?
In Budget Guest House children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
